Photos from today's Media Luncheon and from the Track Team's Team building at the park have been uploaded. Just click on 'View My Gallery' to the left in the Picasa Photostream box.
On the Picasa website, you can browse through the different Team Toba galleries during the games.
Photos will also be added via Twitter/Twitpic. For those, you can follow Teamtoba2010 on Twitter or watch the Twitter stream in the bar across the top of this page.
How do you do the Twitter stream I don't understand it.
ReplyDeleteOne of two ways. Twitter updates will occur at the top of this page, but only the most recent 5 posts.
ReplyDeleteIf you visit http://www.twitter.com/teamtoba2010 you can see all of the posts.
If you wish to be alerted when there are new posts, then you can sign up to Twitter and have alerts sent to your email or your cell phone.
As well, with this Blog, on the bottom left where it says 'Subscribe to TeamToba2010' you can click on Atom at the bottom of the two drop down lists. This will tell your Internet Browser to alert you when someone has posted something on this blog.

For those who are unfamiliar, RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a method of live feeding frequently updated websites. Users 'subscribe' to RSS feeds they want to follow and the browser will alert them when those sites are updated.
At these 2010 Canada Games, we are striving to bring Team Manitoba supporters news from London more quickly than in past games. Twitter and this Blog combined with RSS are two methods of accomplishing this.
